Ledgerminttools is a browser-based tool for creating invoices and using small business calculators. The invoice information you type into the tool is processed in your browser and is not stored by Ledgerminttools.

Advertising

Ledgerminttools may show ads from Google AdSense or another advertising provider. Advertising providers may use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, or similar technologies to serve, measure, and improve ads.

Consent choices

For visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Ledgerminttools may show a Google-certified consent message that lets visitors consent, decline consent, or manage advertising choices before personalized ads are served.

Personal information

Ledgerminttools accounts are stored in your browser for saved tool activity. The site does not intentionally collect invoice contents, client names, or payment details.

Marketplace sellers may provide public listing details, contact information, location, and optional photos. Sellers must also provide legal identity details for administrator review before a listing is approved. Legal identity details are not shown in public listings.

Third-party services

When ads are enabled, third-party advertising services may collect data according to their own policies. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at Google's partner sites policy.

For high-risk marketplace listings, Ledgerminttools may use Stripe Identity to verify seller identity documents and selfie checks. Stripe processes verification data according to Stripe's own policies, and Ledgerminttools stores only the verification session status needed to decide whether a seller may submit high-risk listings.

Analytics

Ledgerminttools may use analytics to understand page views, traffic sources, approximate visitor location, device type, and which tools are used most. Analytics helps improve the site and prioritize new free tools.

Ledgerminttools may also keep a basic local visitor count on the site owner's computer. This count uses a browser-generated visitor ID and stores page views, referrer, language, timezone, screen size, country header when available, and hashed browser details. It does not intentionally store names, emails, invoice contents, or raw IP addresses.
